Super Nerd Seeks Structure

I have been playing uke for about a year now. I am a bassoonist by trade but have since fallen in love with the uke. I want to get better technically, picking patterns, left hand patterns etc....and would do really well with a structured practice schedule. (on bassoon, I would start with 5 minutes long tones, 15 minutes scales, then etudes, then real music..blah blah blah) This is my first string instrument so any help would be appreciated.

Also there is usually a live lesson on Wednesday night.

It is perhaps my favorite part of playing the Ukulele!!! Give my sympathies to your oboe playing wife...we double reed players are birds of a feather

You can do 15 minutes of scales, 20 minutes of strumming drills, then 25 minutes of free play.
