far away from others who play ukulele...it sucks
I already belong to a group out of lansing michigan LAUGH. But I am interested in finding people closer to home that would like to do ukulele covers of current music. Anybody interested?
 
Sorry you are not getting any better responce. I'm in Indiana not to far from Chicago. There is a young woman named Shanifani in Michigan, I think by Ann Arbor or the Detroit area. Maybe you could contact her. Although that may also be a long distance from you.

I feel your pain. You're too far North...I'm too far West. All the cool people are hanging out on the East side. I know there are a couple of Lansing folks on here, though.
