Aloha All - I'm a songwriter who has been writing country, folk, bluegrass, blues and rock songs since the 70s. I'm an active member of NSAI (Nashville Songwriters Association International), and a published/recorded BMI songwriter. In the past, I've performed in many bands in a 4-state area. but these days, I just record home demos and pitch songs. I'm a multi-instrumentalist/musician with the guitar as my primary instrument. I fell in love with the uke on my first visit to Hawaii in 2005. Since then I've added the uke to my musical abilities. But I digress....

I thought I'd share "A Rainy Day in Paradise" for those who want to hear the uke on an original song. This link will take you to "Paradise" on my SongRamp page (where I have many posted songs). Click on the Play option (hi-fi, or lo-fi), and a Player will automatically start the song.

"A Rainy Day In Paradise" - acoustic version

I also have a full version - with strings and percussion - and you can read the lyrics here:

Enjoy!
