Also what chords are used at the beginning part (dun na na na na da dun na na, and then again in a lower pitch)

01-10-2010, 07:37 PM
In the beginning strumming chords, I'm pretty sure it goes.

A-----2 A-----0 A-----3 A------2
E-----0 E-----0 E-----1 E------3
C-----0 C-----0 C-----2 C------2
G-----0 G-----2 G-----0 G------0

then the "du du duh duhhh, du du duh duhhh"

its simply just ( 5 on the A strings, and 7 on the E string). Wrap your thumbs around the 2 other strings (G and C). So when you strum, the thumb mutes the two strings and you only hear the A and E.

Then it jumps from 5 & 7, to 3 & 5. From there, go to 6 & 7, and back to 5 & 7.

The picking parts are covered in Aldrine's ustream live lessons!
