Last year I found this "Ukulele Christmas Songbook" with easy to medium level chords on the web (unfortunately I don't remember where from...). It's a PDF file (300 KB) and contains 28 Xmas Songs with lyrics & chord shapes. It may be of interest to you, so I'd like to share it.

You may download it from here:

Oh, nice. Very helpful. Though it doesn't have "The Christmas Song" (Chestnuts Roasting On an Open Fire) :(

Hi Professor,

the song you're looking for is here - it's the complete version by "musicteacher2009" (http://www.youtube.com/user/musicteacher2009) from YouTube (his PDF file was lacking page 2):

Shouldn't UU have it's own Christmas songbook? After all, UU is THE ukulele online resource! Perhaps we could pick, choose and compile the best from these other sites and have the Christmas sonngbook of all Christmas songbooks....

+1 on a UU Christmas songbook.

A lot of Christmas carols/songs can be difficult for new players, or people who are just casual players. Making them a bit less complicated (such as by removing some of the melody chords) can make them more readily playable by a wider group.

Attached is a slightly easier version of "What Child Is This?". There used to be four chords per line, most times. I worked to move it to two chords per line. I also moved it to Dm (at least I think it has been...) to make the chord forms easier.

Be sure to include Thumper's White Christmas in the collection. It's a lovely arrangement! Thanks to Thumper for posting it!
