I did try to search for my answer, and I came across the thread dealing with multiple buzzing fixes, but I couldn't find an answer to my question/problem.

I recently bought a blank "bone" saddle from Elderly. I was able to rough cut it with a scroll saw. Now, is there a certain way that these should be shaped?

You can see from the pictures that it's somewhat squared off right now. However, the C-String buzzes from the body pretty badly, just the c-string. First, I switched the strings to see if that was the problem. I put on Worth's (brown and clear) and an Aquila(which is on there now). This did not solve my problem.

I also did MGM's nickel test, and the action is fine between the 12th fret and the strings.

Any help from you super wise people would be greatly appreciated.

You are likely buzzing on the flat surface of that saddle. You need to put a crown or bevel on the top of it so that the strings rests on a much smaller area. If you have intonation problems, now is the time to make adjustments before you shape the saddle.
Back to basting the turkey.
