wassup ukulele underground! i've been playing uke for about 5 months now. started with a 30 dollar hilo soprano, and recently upgraded to a kamaka 8-string tenor. ukulele has consumed all my free time. i havent picked up my electric guitar since i got my kamaka. i have found my instrument. it just comes so naturally. anyone else from florida? we should jam!

Welcome to the Underground, my friend. You experienced the same phenomenon I went through. The ukulele has consumed my life, and my guitar is lonely.

There are a few Florida peeps on here. JT_Ukes, Bassfiddlesteve... How close are you to Tampa Bay?

Poi Dog, Jt Ukes, gator uke. There are many guys from Florida. Where are you at? There are two big groups that I know of in FL. One in Tampa and one in Jacksonville. There is also the SEUkers. We are based out of ATL, Ga but if you can drive to ATL you qualify to join us. We are fairly new but will be meeting a lot more next year.
