Help with an R&B Tab

I was trying to find a tab for "Average White Band - If i ever lose this heaven" and had no luck on google or ultimate-guitar. Fourtunatly i found a video on youtube with a pretty good jam by this 1 guy but i really suck at gettin chords by just watchin.
