Uke song for Project

So I gotta do a project about time. I decided to do something about how poeple can dedicated themselves to one thing and get really goood at that one thing... over time.

My idea is to learn a song and master it in a video time period. But what sond should I do? I'm looking for something along the lines of difficulty as No Woman No Cry by Bob Marley

any ideas?

Yeah it's an art class too so the profess is a big hippie. So he'd love some Bob. Maybe I'll turn No Woman No Cry into a Crazy G type thing?
