Anybody got a set that can part with. I have Daddarios but they are too mellow and aquilas are too bright. Looking for something in between.

I don't know if others will agree, but I've found the Worth Clears to sound brighter than the Aquilas.
Check with musicguymic on ebay. I got my sets from him. I switched from d'addarios and am very happy! I use them on my Koaloha, Ko'olau and Pono tenors. Michael's service is excellent!

I agree that Worth Clears are bright, but not as harsh as Aquila.
