Alum-A-Uke

Anyone seen a Alum-A-Uke in person? I saw one posted on Fleamarketmusic's marketplace. I email'd the contact and he sent me some sound files and a couple of photos. The sound files were a bit garbled since he recorded them on his laptop and I don't think it reflects the real sound of the uke but I'll post the photos.

I saw that over there also and I was really curious what it sounds like. If anyone has one recorded, I would also love to hear it!

Dave over at Waverly had a prototype of an aluminum uke he'd worked on.

It's a slightly different beast than the FMM one, but ought to give you the essence of the material.
