Good songs for beginners to learn

Okay, so I saw a thread asking about songs for beginners, and I decided to look up some good songs to start off with. Anyone with more suggestions can post them here.

JASON MRAZ - I'M YOURS

This is a great song using the very common C, G, Am, F chord progression and is easy to play

NO WOMAN NO CRY - BOB MARLEY

Another song using the C,G,Am,F sequence.

C,G,Am,F is the most common sequence and are some very common chords every uke player should know
 
I learned a lot from trying to play Bruddah Iz's Somwhere over the Rainbow.
C Em Am F and an occasional G and E7

Plus it teaches you reggae strumming :)
