Hey Guys I was wondering how do you figure out suspended chords??? Or even what's that? Could someone explain please.

Depends on what kind of suspended chord you're looking for. Without getting into too much theory, the most common chords are sus4 chords. There is a lot of theory stuff on wikipedia and other places online if you want an explanation of how they are made

here are some examples:

Csus4:
3--3--8--10--10--15--(etc.)
1--3--8---8--13--13--
0--5--7---7--12--12--
0--5--5--10--12--12--

Asus4:
0--5
0--5
2--3
2--2

Fsus4:
1--3
1--6
0--5
3--5

Dsus4:
0--5
3--5
2--7
2--7

Bsus4:
2--7
2--7
4--6
4--4

Gsus4:
3--5
3--3
2--0
0--0

etc.

Don't know how much do you know of Chord theory so I'll give a quick review.
You take the scale of the chord. (a G chord of anytype is in G scale a C chord is in C scale etc.) the 1st 3rd and 5th note of that scale is your Major. So like, D major for instance is D, F#,A. The minor chord has a flatend the 3rd, so like a D minor is, D, F, A.
The sus4 chord replaces the 3rd with a 4th so Dsus4 is D, G, A.

Oh ok so it's only the 3rd note that changes???
