Which size is better for picking?

If you want to finger pick primarily, what size would be the instrument of choice:

It really doesn't matter. What size you like best is what you should pick on. Ohta-san plays a soprano, Jake plays a tenor, both are great.

There is no right or wrong or good, better, best when it comes to size. It's all relative and it's all subjective. Play what you want to play on the size of ukulele you like with the strings that sound good to you. Geared or friction. Koa or mahogany or mango. Strum or fingerstyle.

It's all up to you. You have complete freedom to pick and choose how and what you play.
