Sorry I haven't heard any of your earlier stuff, but this sounds great. Timing and strumming were right on.
I'm not sure if you're looking for critique (sorry if not) but I just wanted to mention that the note you hold out on 1:23 was flat, and it makes it really easy to notice when you're sustaining a note. Just be weary of those... but who am I to judge!

Professor palemer: I am always on the lookout for critique, at least the ones that makes me improve. 
I think the song went pretty good for a 10 minute rehearsal.
I just wish I had more time to record. But I guess thats life.
