arararaghghghghg video help

ok so i have been using the same program for about a year and all of a sudden it has started to mess up
i shoot a 5 min video
the project is show as 5 mins in the time line but the content runs slow so after the 5 min film has ended it is only say 1/4 of the way thru the film

its something to do with frame rates i think anyone have any ideas

i use ulead 11+
