Luthiers in the Philippines

I have a friend who is going to Davao in the Philippines. He was interested in picking up a custom baritone ukulele. Does anybody know of any luthiers in the Philippines that might be able to do this?

Davao is south of Manila, though I'm sure he would be willing to travel in and around Manila.
