2 XLR input USB out mixing board?

Does anyone know of a company that makes a two input (XLR) mixing board with USB outputs?

I'm looking for something that would serve as a mic pre-amp, allow me to balance treble, mid, and bass, and then feed the singal into a computer through a USB port.

I've found some 8 input units, but I don't need anything with more than two inputs.
