What should i build my new uke out of??

So ive got a cigar box uke and a few others. I want to make a very cool and unique one with something completely out of the ordinary as the body. Ive attached a few pics of examples if u didnt know what i mean

You should just look at what you have around your house. Look for something hollow(ish) that is somewhat the size of a uke body. Or not hollow, and stick on a piezo pickup. If you really can't find anything, go to the dump or something. If nothing else, it could give you some more inspiration.
 
Carburetor chrome breather with some kind of lowbrow rat rod /surfer art airbrushed on it.
