Hey guys

Check out www.koaloha.com. They have updated their website design. Looks pretty good, but not perfect.

In the top bar you now have links to the different uke models. However in my firefox browser the "Pineapple Sunday" and "Customer Service" entries (that spread over 2 lines) look odd. They also have all new ukulele pictures. Of course I checked the pineapple soprano (I own one ) It looks like they had it in the furnace too long, and there is also a strange dot next to the bridge. And why does it have white tuner buttons? Mine was made in October 2009 and has brown ones.

The Pineapple Sunday has now a picture with the new bridge (without crown design).

Finally the "Lifetime Friends Award" is working. On the old website the link just brought me to the top of the page.

I think I'm gonna spend some more time browsing the new site today:)

Spot looks like flash reflection doubled off the glossy side of the bridge, photos are super overexposed. I'm shocked, really they should have better work up.

I saw it on Friday morning. I like the direction it's going in! I really like the new pics of their ukes.

Thanks for the update!

Needs a little work, but it is starting to look good.

Hmm, the Koalana mahogany soprano ist at MSRP $510 and "features an all Hawaiian Koa body" :D

And the custom works gallery now features black letters on black background:p

Looks like they are still working on it.;)

I also like the Juke being listed at $1500 (copied the Pineapple Sunday page). It is a lot easier to palate than the $4000 I've heard.

They need a lot of editing. Too much copying and not enough content changes. Hmm, wonder if I could barter some web design for a uke...
