With all the new uke players out there, it occured to me that a list of local and regional clubs/groups with contact information would be a good resource. Anyone know if such a thing exists yet?

Last I knew there was a list of clubs/groups on the FMM website....

Mailman is right. But the list isn't the be all end all of lists. I know of groups not listed. It's a start though.

Not to give any of the Mods any extra work but there is a Luthier list, a chords list. Why not a club list? Something to think about.

Make sure you put CHUG -CHicago Ukulele Group on that list! :)

It can be done, just need the time to research and compile a list. What would help would be the members input with general info; name of club, location, point of contact, etc. These lists can be found on some of the other 'ukulele sites which I'll list later. Even if a club is not listed, you can always submit club info to these sites. The easiest solution is a link to the club/organization listing. Uke Player Magazine has a club listing on pages 23-29 of the latest issue.
