Ukulele Manufacturer List

Just been searching the forums for a list of ukulele manufacturers... in business, and deceased.... thought it would be a pretty useful tool to widen peoples options, variety and knowledge... so I'm starting one here, if anyone can pitch in with something like the below format.... we'll get a comprehensive list of all the uke builders out there big and small!
