Oh I hit my plateau the last 2 weeks. I lost less than a lb the last 2 weeks. I just had a good week this week. I'm out for blood!!

Good thing I don't live near Charlotte. The easy weight is about gone and harder weeks are coming. Especially with Valentines day coming (love that chocolate). Good luck and plenty of exercise to all. Willyboy.

Wow-- we're all doing really awesome...

So, what do you do for excercise? Ya'll know I'm a wii fit fan, and now,I'm thinking of getting my cheesy 1980's excercise aerobics videos out for a change of pace :)
I did a beginner's ballet excercise tape yesterday... I think that'll wait till I have more endurance-- my thighs still hurt from all the plie's!!!

So, what do you do for excercise?

I just did 2 miles on the treadmill and for the first time in my life I jogges a mile without stopping.
Basically I have been lifting weights 3 days a week and then doing cardio on as many days in-between as I can. I try to do the cardio in intervals because that is supposed to be best. I really feel like it has helped my metabolism to lift weights... I just gotta stay away from the ice cream and cookies!
