Hey guys

I was looking for some help on making granola bars. It seems all the recipes I can find have a lot of sugar in them or weird things like whole wheat flour which I don't want to use. Here is what I want to use in them:

Whole grain oatmeal
Wheat germ
Almonds
Raisins
Puffed rice
Dried cranberries

Sugars I have to make them stick:

Molasses
White sugar
Brown sugar
Honey

I guess I'm just really needed a breakdown of how much mix to how much honey/molasses. Thanks!

You can likely adapt a given recipe. Doing a search on substituting honey for sugar you can find a lot of links, such as.

I don't think that if the proportions are a little off, it will matter. You can go by consistency and taste them to see if it seems right.

You can probably start with

and adjust to your liking. I have made granola and it is one of those things that you can endlessly adapt. Good luck!
