After many weeks my Lanakai is finally on its way back. I posted a thread a few weeks ago aboout a glue spot on the bridge of my new lanakai. The saddle was also sanded poorly. After $100 shipping (might be compensated) it was sent back to bounty music and they told me this morning that a new one is on the way bacl... can't wait!!!!!

Pics when it gets to you!

dude! that sucks. i have a few lanakai's and they have all been solid. im sure anything mass manufactured will eventually produce a bad one here and there. but as far the company goes, i suggest them all the time for a quality uke that wont be too much. they have a lot of models and fetures availible at low to moderate price.
have fun when she gets home!!!

I agree, the Uke looks and sounds great besides the obvious defect. I can't believe the seller didn't check this out when they sent it to me the first time. This is the second Uke from bounty I've had to send back because of a defect :/
