Where do you place the humidifier in the ukulele case?

Dear all,
I got an Herco humidifier recently and wondering where do you guys put it in your case?
I couldn't find any thread talking about this question. If it has been answered somewhere else, I apology for asking again.

The only place I thought it can fit better and not in contact with the ukulele is the storage compartment.
Do you think the humidifier will do the job if it is placed in the storage compartment?

or is there any other place to place the humidifier?

i actually just put mine right next to the uke's body...(not sure if your case has room for that), But yeah, I'm pretty sure it doesn't really matter if the humidifier is touching the uke itself...as long as you dont like overflow it with water or anything, just follow the directions on the humidifier and store it where ever is most convenient!

I attached mine to the top of the storage compartment lid next to the neck.

I made a little sound hole humidifier which hangs from the C and E strings. Kinda nifty. Write to me, PM, if you want one.
