I didn't know he lived in Portland....Hopefully that wasn't him I flipped off while driving home from work today. That would seriously hurt my chances of ever getting private lessons from him.

He and his wife Jerry, and daughter Emily lived in Kailua, Oahu for several years his daughter attending attending Kailua Elementary School with my son from Kindergarten through 6th grade. My wife and Jerry were friends, but funny how at parties Lyle rarely if ever busted out his 'ukulele, he is a very humble man of few words. Too bad back then I was more into fishing my interest in 'ukulele lapsing for a few years, could have taken advantage of his knowledge and experience.
