I've been practicing solo for a few days, and I'm find with that.... I've now got 'Daydream Believer' and 'The Lumberjack song' under my belt-- i seem to be specializing in a stalling kinda crappy arrangement style.

I was wondering, is there anyone in the NYC/Staten Island area who'd like to learn together; or play together in an effort to further learning? :music:

go through the threads and check the google map by Seeso/Cheeseburger and see who's near you. I think Menehunenyc is in BK. PM him maybe....good luck.

These guys (http://www.sonicuke.com/stoop.php) seem to have a regular uke jam on the stoop of their building in the village...

If I were in the city, I know *I'd* check 'em out.

I just signed up for their mailing list...gave them a list of songs I know, so who knows what will happen now. I'd love to gig it up with a fellow UUer/NYer!!! :music:

Send me a PM cashew!!
