You cannot do it. It just sucks because unless you have... "director" status, you don't have the ability to upload 10> minutes. You can split the video up into different segments that are <9 minutes and them a playlist. Then when people watch it, it just jumps to the next video accordingly. Try a difference service, Picasa with google isn't supposed to have a limit of any sort. Vidilife.com is also another free service that allows for unlimited video length upload, but from what I remember, it's been .... uhh.... spamified.
