Anything ever banged into your ukulele and dinged it now you can ding it back with the uke LOL Actually this plays well and has decent tone.

Solid Aluminum or Laminate?

Hilarious!

Sumthin' bout diamond plate, gets a boy's blood boiling.
I am that precisely focused demographic.
I am the reason this was built.

And, MGM, what a tease!
Did it sound as good to you?
Who made it?

Is it dishwasher safe?

Just spent the better part of an hour at your site, MGM.
People say that you're the go-to guy, but wow!
Beautiful vintage instruments.
The AT Howsen Phono Fiddle (http://cgi.ebay.com/Rare-A-T-Howsen-Ukulele-model-PHONO-FIDDLE-Mint_W0QQitemZ250318640862QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_De faultDomain_0?hash=item3a482756de#ht_1575wt_959)? WTF?
I want your job.

You gotta love that diamond-plate back. Time to fire up my welder again.

Or, maybe I would rather have this one:

If it was a pineapple it would be perfect, could also use as a spare paddle for my outrigger canoe.

Oh man, I totally missed that uke at the picnic yesterday. LOL. Then again, I only visited for a little while then had to bounce out. Sick uke though.

I feel like I can just go into the wild anywhere in the world with that uke. Leave behind all the hunting gear just give those fish and bears a good wallop. XD

Aluminum is very light, at about 1/3 the density of steel, but I wonder which is the better tone-metal?
