Matt must be about the luckiest UU member, as Lanikai has agreed to sponsor the Cairns Ukulele Festival by way of flying him all the way to Australia! Lanikai has been going from strength to strength in Australia and Matt will conduct Lanikai product demonstrations at the festival to show you why, so come and check those ukes out.
Cairns is one of the most beautiful parts of Australia, where the "rainforest meets the reef". Matt will be performing in front of an international crowd at the Tanks Arts Centre, a concert venue set in the rainforest.
As if that's not enough, he will be sharing his skills in a workshop!
Matt and his affilliation with Lanikai came to our attention as a result of frequent visits to UU, so I think Matt and the festival owe you guys a big THANKS!
