I put this vice together recently to hold my ukes while routing the end grafts. The front jaw is cut with a 15' radius which matches the radius I build with. It was real easy to put together, simply a couple of 2x6's, some 1/2" pipe clamps, and cork.

It's mounted to what I call my "Luthiers Arm" which is just an oak beam with a T-Track down the middle for mounting different jigs off the end of my bench. The vice goes on and off with two wing nuts.

Not an original idea, but I should have made this vice sooner.

take care,
