Ouch. I'm sorta in the same boat. I was supposed to have a Kala solid mahogany concert uke delivered today but it got stalled in Dallas due to adverse weather. Their flame mahogany models sure do look nice.
Awesome to hear, and you should be pretty satisfied with it. I've had mine since November and it's really starting to sound good/open up nicely for a laminate uke.

I don't think so. Mine cost me $230 from MGM, now it's $200, and that's with a pick-up. Take out the shadow pick-up price and that'll take it down to what, $150 or less, I'm pretty sure you can't get a decent solid uke for under $200. I just checked his site and the only thing solid is the neck.
