Hello all. I'm looking for my first Koa Tenor Ukulele. I'm not looking for something cheap. I don't want to be looking for an upgrade in a few months. I'd rather buy quality the first time and not regret it later. Thanks.

If you want one that will last a lifetime, get the basic Kanile'a. Check it out on the Kanile'a website, but buy from somewhere cheaper.

The Kanile'a is a beautiful mellow-sounding instrument that is hand-made in Hawaii. The tenor is easier to get than other top makes like Kamaka and the quality of workmanship is really excellent.

Check out my review on the tenor and the concert (I have both).

Some of my other videos use the tenor Kanile'a too. This one does.

Hope this helps.

Hi Ken. I appreciate your input. I actually watched your video review of the Kanilea Tenor yesterday. If I buy new I am giving that one and one by Keli'i serious consideration. I have no idea what your profession is but you might want to get into the video business. I really enjoyed your tenor review yesterday and some others I checked out today. Great stuff informative and entertaining.
