Since I've been strumming this little instrument I've been getting more and more attracted to Hawaiian music, which I'd never been particularly interested in. I tune in to Hawaiian Rainbow on my Mac while working but was wondering if any of you knew any other recommendable stations on the net for Hawaiian music, specially for the more traditional stuff.

Thanks

I can't tell you about the radio but a couple albums you should know about if you're getting into the old stuff. Trying hearing samples on Amazon music:

1. The Sons of Hawaii with Eddie Kamae and Gabby

2. Gabby Pahinui's brown album

3. Peter Moon's Cane Fire

4. Sunday Manoa these will get you started......best wishes---------------kimosabe

Thanks Kimosabe for that, I most definitely will do that. Peter Moon I have listened to a little, but the rest is all unknown to me.

I listen to Hawaiian Rainbow as well. I have searched via google to find other Hawaiian stations, some are good, some not. It seems that the Hawaiian Rainbow station is the best. No comercials, music is varied and the music is very clear in sound.
