She come to the uke from playing guitar - as you can see how she strums the uke over the soundhole and with a pick. But some of her songs feature nice ukulele parts.

Oh I love Bess Rogers, she plays with Ingrid Michaelson on tour sometimes so. Ingrid, Bess, and the other guitarist Allie apparently all play uke now. Bess has a song called "I Don't Worry" that she sometimes plays on uke.

I'm a little infatuated with all these New York-uke playing people.

(Ooh, after watching some videos, Allison Weiss and Jenny Owen Youngs, who are on this Spring Break Forever tour with Bess, also play uke a little!)
