Rock Band if you have lots of friends to play with, as well as $170 to blow haha. Uhm...Halo 3, Half-Life2: the Orange Box, Guitar Hero, I hear Mass Effect is good, but I didn't enjoy myself as much as I'd have liked to. Basically try looking around at IGN for some games that peak your interest.

This is a pretty important question that remains unanswered.
FWIW, I recently downloaded Super Mario 64 to my Wii. Man, I used to play the crap out of that game back in the day.
It's like popping a classic album in that you haven't listened to in ages. You forget how good it is, and you marvel at how well it still holds up after all this time. (Now if they'd release Goldeneye or Perfect Dark for the virtual console, I'd be all set...)
