Visited Dave King today to pick up some lacquer and he showed me a fingerboard inlaid by Larry Robinson - makes you want to give up when you see lines the thickness of a hair... I spotted a couple of 'black' witness lines on a very complicated design but sheesh - unbelievable is the only word to describe this master craftsman's work.
