saw jake in portland!

I'll repeat what I said in a portland ukers group post...

... It was an awesome show though. To be honest, I wasn't really into his music before. Always respected the skills, but the original compositions that I had heard didn't strike me so much. Seeing him live was another thing! I could go on but I won't. Except to say that my favs were "sakura sakura", "trapped", "lets dance" (the flamenco one), and bohemian rhapsody. Seeing him perform is almost like watching a magician - how do you play above the frets??!!

I have tickets to see him in San Francisco on Monday night. I'll listen for the songs you singled out. I've heard that his "Bohemian Rhapsody" is very cool.
