Thanks you so much, I just realised from your post that there is indeed a search function. Thanks you for doing my leg work and next time I'll use it. :) And now that I've looked it doesn't sound like such a good buy. I'll probably go with the slightly more expensive but better reported on Kelii, unless someone has any other ukes they'd like to recommend.

I had a Cordoba KOA Soprano. Mine was a beautiful instrument, in every way.

Cordoba doesn't make Koa `ukulele, although the wood used is an acacia.
