Anybody know how walnut compares to koa as a tonewood?

Check again. No koa....all curly walnut.

Oh my, and I originally opened the page to see the curly walnut. Beautiful wood and a very conservative abalone rosette would have complimented it.

Based on the tag and headstock that's a pre-soundmonster custom. Rare beast. Easily worth the 1280$ sasking.
