Ukes of Hazard first paying gig. 3rd April
We were busking at Deville Cafe as we do every Sat morning and young Irish chap: "Could you play at our wedding?"
Absolutely, we've even got two Irish songs!

Wow, that is a pretty eclectic set list !
We are playing a wedding, too in April. I play bass in the band.

I don't know if we're eclectic or catholic ;-)
We DO try to stay away from songs that every other uke band plays and we both like that sort of Texas Swing, Hank Williams thang. Just try to play songs we like, I suppose.
There's a couple of waltzes in there tho, so i reckon we're sorted.!
 
Well. Went really well.
Mind you, lot's of pretty Irish girls in pretty dresses- how could you go wrong.
