Bushman Pineapple - old school

Just got a Bushman Pineapple with Engelmann spruce top, purchased from a fellow UU member. I must say it's a fun little uke. Not sure why they stopped producing them (from what I've read, maybe quality control/customer service issues?), but this one is really nice. I think it's a keeper. Don't know about the friction tuners, though. I know it's a classic look, but...feh. Still a happy camper.

Very nice! My favorite uke is a Bushman Engelmann Concert.

Bushman quit making them (according to John Hall) because he wanted to concentrate on the Jenny models, which had a much higher demand than his other models.
