As most of you know, I had my issues with my OU5 and had it up for sale. It turns out that the strings were plastic rather than NylGut as I was told they were, and the saddle needed a bit of sanding. Put on aquila's and took care of the saddle... no longer for sale and I am loving it.

Why can't they do this at the factory. I can understand that individual saddle adjustment may be labor intensive, but decent strings?
