Of course you can use those. Uke strings are made for the SIZE of the uke, not the tuning. If you have a concert uke and you have a set of concert strings, put em on. If you have a tenor uke and you have a set of tenor strings, put em on. European/Canadian tuning (ADF#B) is just a step higher that 'Normal' tuning, (GCEA). There's no other difference whatsoever. James Hill and I both use the EXACT SAME string set. He tunes to ADF#B and I tune to GCEA. He's Canadian and I'm not. He's a fantastic player and I'm not. But it's not the strings that make the difference...
