I would like to restring my ukulele to the normal GCEA tuning. I only have strings for ADF#B...

Should I not use those?

You can maybe, but the tensions will either too slack, or too taught on specific string diameters..

Of course you can use those. Uke strings are made for the SIZE of the uke, not the tuning. If you have a concert uke and you have a set of concert strings, put em on. If you have a tenor uke and you have a set of tenor strings, put em on. European/Canadian tuning (ADF#B) is just a step higher that 'Normal' tuning, (GCEA). There's no other difference whatsoever. James Hill and I both use the EXACT SAME string set. He tunes to ADF#B and I tune to GCEA. He's Canadian and I'm not. He's a fantastic player and I'm not. But it's not the strings that make the difference...
