This was my favorite ukulele....until I just bought a Loprinzi mahogany soprano which is totally different.
The Ohana Zebrawood is loud, sounds great and is a blast to play. The gloss finish is very nice and it has a nice thinner neck some of the other ukes I have had. I was surprised at how good the workmanship is on this. The friction tuners are so smooth....some of the best I've tried!
It's currently strung with Aquilas which to my ears give it a little fuller sound. I will also include a set up Fremont Blacklines that give it a real spanky tone like a banjo.
No case with this one but I will double box it and it will get to where it going safely.
