Yep standard tuning as above.... but within reason you can tune it however you want. I've recently strung one of my ukes with a low G which I've dropped down to a D to get a nice low bass note. You could even work out some open tunings if you wanted (so you would have a movable chord set as your open strings, this is a technique often used when you want to play slide so the one finger barred (or slide) can play a chord up the neck, you then use your other fretting fingers to throw in extra notes).
If your learning regular music though stick to standard tuning, if you start feeling experimental then go for different tunings.
