Are these for slotted head stock?

Looks like it could work either way if you get the dimensions right, but since they show a bushing I'd guess that they're for an unslotted headstock. Most slotted tuners protrude into the center section of the headstock for support. It doesn't look like these would do that.
 
I suppose they could be used for something like a Fluke design with a single opening for both sides, but Chuck is right. They would be better suited for an unslotted head.
 
Yep...they're peghead tuners. The hole for the string needs to be in the middle of the post for slot head
I've seen posts on this forum that have similar looking tuners for slot heads
 
Thank you muchly gentlemen. The reason I wondered is because the tuners were recommended on my thread about plans for a slotted head stock, so I became confused, which happens alot more now than it used to or than it should. I think?
