I posted this to YT today. It was shot at an open mic last night at Latitude 18 here in St. Thomas.

This is all pretty new to us (playing stringed instruments, singing, playing in public, etc.) and I'd really appreciate some feedback.

That was a great performance. I would probably have panicked from stage fright

Thanks for the feedback!

I get horrible stage fright—my hands shake and my voice trembles. The first time we did something on stage with a uke lead in it, my hands shook so bad I couldn't do the lead and I had to just keep strumming.

I get really freaky when we record, too. It annoys Rich when I get so weird.

I figure the more we do it, the easier it will get!

I think this is correct. I get nervous performing in front of a camera-people -even my wife! But I keep doing it and doing it and doing it - and it has gotten a bit easier.

You're doing great! I've never done an open mic season. You're ahead of me!!
